WARNING PARAGRAPH

At times we will be hunting predators and as a result there is always a chance of injury or even death resulting from the game that we are pursuing. In addition, we will be hunting in rough terrain and, at times, extreme weather conditions. It is your responsibility to inform your guide of your physical aptitude prior to your hunt so that he can accomodate your needs. Injury and death can occur while hunting in rough terrain, extreme weather, from accidents or when encountering wild animals. Your guide will attempt to take all precautions possible to ensure a safe hunt. You will be required to sign a contract of understanding and a wavier prior to your hunt.

Sending an inquiry e-mail to Stone Creek Outfitters acknowledges that you have read the WARNINING PARAGRAPH, understand the dangers associated with hunting and agree to hereby release and agree to protect, indemnify (release) and hold harmless Stone Creek Outfitters, the owners of Stone Creek Outfitters and his or her respective heirs, agents, employees, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action and damages, including attorneys’ fees, resulting from any accident (including wrongful or accidental death), incident or occurrence arising out of, incidental to or in any way resulting from the use of any of the leased or hunted premises and all improvements thereon, whether or not caused, in whole or in part, by Stone Creek Outfitters, the owners of Stone Creek Outfitters, employees of Stone Creek Outfitters, or contract employees of Stone Creek Outfitters' negligence or gross negligence, in the eventual case that a hunt is purchased.
